Site safety practices

Every site. Every day. Zero shortcuts.

Mindtech Solutions is committed to a safe, healthy workplace for employees, subcontractors, customers and visitors — complying with statutory requirements and client-specific HSE standards.

Core practices

Safety built into how we work.

From site induction to handover, safety is engineered into every task — not bolted on afterwards.

PPE, 100% of the time

Helmet, safety shoes, gloves, eye protection, reflective vest and fall protection — mandatory for every person on site, every day.

Daily toolbox talks

Site induction before commencing work, and daily pre-work briefings covering task hazards, controls and sequencing.

RA & method statements

Task-specific Risk Assessment and Method Statement prepared and approved before execution of every activity.

Permit-to-Work system

Formal permits for hot work, work at height, confined space, electrical isolation and lifting operations.

Work at height

Certified scaffolding, full-body harness with double lanyard, barricading of the work area and tool lanyards where required.

Electrical safety

Insulated tools, ELCB/RCCB protection, proper earthing and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) before any maintenance.

Fire & life safety

Accessible, inspected extinguishers, hot-work permits, designated smoking areas and periodic fire drills.

Inspections & audits

Regular inspection of ladders, scaffolds, lifting tools and power tools, plus weekly inspections and management audits.

Reporting & response

Near-miss, incident and unsafe-condition reporting with corrective actions, and a displayed emergency response plan.
