HVAC AMC services
HVAC AMC services keep installed plant at design performance. Comprehensive and non-comprehensive contracts cover scheduled preventive maintenance, filter and coil cleaning, refrigerant and pressure checks, controls verification and breakdown response.
Planned maintenance is materially cheaper than reactive repair: a fouled condenser coil can add double-digit percentages to running cost long before anything actually fails.
Energy and running cost
Equipment is selected on total cost of ownership, not headline price. Correct sizing, sensible zoning and commissioned controls usually save more over a system's life than the capital difference between two brands.
Oversizing is the most common and most expensive error we are asked to correct — it short-cycles compressors, fails to dehumidify, and shortens plant life.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between comprehensive and non-comprehensive HVAC AMC?
A non-comprehensive AMC covers labour, inspection and scheduled servicing while spares are billed as used. A comprehensive AMC includes spares and usually refrigerant within agreed limits — more per year, but predictable, and generally better for older plant.
How often should commercial HVAC be serviced?
Most commercial installations in Bengaluru suit quarterly preventive maintenance, moving to monthly for kitchen exhaust, high-dust industrial environments or continuously occupied critical spaces.
VRF or chiller - which should we choose?
Broadly: VRF for distributed, multi-zone spaces under roughly 300 TR with varied occupancy; chillers for large continuous loads and single big floor plates. The decision should follow a heat-load study, which we run before recommending either.
Do you maintain systems your team did not install?
Yes. We start with a condition survey and performance baseline, list anything unsafe or non-compliant, then quote an AMC against actual installed condition.
