Chennai
MEP, HVAC and fit-out contractors in Chennai.
Manufacturing, automotive and IT facilities, plus retail and QSR fit-out across Chennai — engineered, installed and commissioned by one team.
Working in Chennai
Plant work and fit-out, from the same team
Chennai's project mix is unusual: heavy manufacturing and automotive plants on one side, IT campuses and retail on the other. Plant work punishes anyone who has only done interiors — it needs load calculations that survive an audit, coordination with production shutdowns, and documentation that will be inspected years later.
We work on industrial facilities as well as retail, which means the same team can take a plant's services — power distribution, ventilation, compressed-air interfaces, fire protection — and a store fit-out in the same city.
Manufacturing MEP for Krones, and the retail rollout discipline behind a 100+ store Vishal Mega Mart programme, are the two halves of what we do.
What we deliver
- Industrial MEP — power distribution, panels, DG and UPS, plant lighting
- Industrial ventilation, HVAC and make-up air for production areas
- Fire protection and detection for factories and warehouses
- Retail and QSR fit-out across the city and Tamil Nadu
- Corporate and IT campus interiors with HVAC, electrical and ELV
- Plumbing, drainage and utility piping
- Building automation, energy management and solar + BESS + EV charging
- Testing, commissioning and AMC after handover
Sectors
What we are asked for here
The same questions come up on most Chennai enquiries. This is how we answer them.
Manufacturing plants
Services installed around production, not through it — planned shutdown windows, documented.
Automotive suppliers
Power quality, ventilation and fire systems that pass an OEM audit.
IT and office campuses
Fit-out with HVAC, power and low-voltage coordinated to one handover date.
Retail and QSR
Store and kitchen fit-out, including multi-site work across Tamil Nadu.
Projects
What we have delivered here
Logistics work in the city, plus the plant discipline that Chennai’s project mix demands.
- Amazon — Chennai
- Logistics and fulfilment-centre work in Chennai, delivered as part of the Amazon programme that also covers Bengaluru, Guntur and Vizag.
- Vishal Mega Mart — national rollout
- 100+ hypermarket fit-outs, run as parallel site teams with one specification and one handover document per store — the same model applied to Tamil Nadu sites.
- Industrial and plant services
- Services installed around production rather than through it: shutdown windows agreed with the plant team, isolated work areas, permits and documented isolation before any intervention.
Plant work is where documentation matters most — as-built drawings, test sheets and isolation records are handed over in a form that survives an audit years later.
Local authorities and utilities
- Power
- TANGEDCO — load applications, energisation and metering coordination
- Fire
- Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Services — fire NOC drawings and submissions
- Municipal
- Greater Chennai Corporation and CMDA — permissions and plan approvals

Questions
Do you work on live plants?
Yes. Industrial work is planned around production: shutdown windows, isolated areas, permits and a programme agreed with the plant team before mobilisation.
Can you take a single discipline, such as fire protection?
Yes. We take a single package where that is what you need, and the full MEP and fit-out package where you want one point of responsibility.
Is there a Chennai site team?
We mobilise a team to the project from our Bengaluru base and stay through commissioning. Ask us for references from work completed in Tamil Nadu.
