What we do

Facilities where downtime is not an option.

Mission-critical MEP is judged on availability, not appearance. Our data centre scope covers redundant LT distribution, UPS and DG integration, precision cooling with hot and cold aisle containment, VESDA and clean-agent suppression, and monitoring through a BMS.

Everything is commissioned against a written test regime — load bank testing, failover simulation and integrated systems testing — so resilience is demonstrated rather than assumed.

Hospital MEP contractor works

Healthcare facilities carry requirements no commercial building does: medical gas pipelines, isolation and pressure regimes, HEPA filtration in critical areas, essential-supply segregation and infection-control-driven finishes.

As a hospital MEP contractor we sequence works around live clinical operations, with dust and noise containment and phased shutdowns agreed with facilities in advance.

ELV contractor services across India

As an ELV contractor in India, Mindtech delivers structured cabling, CCTV and video surveillance, access control, public address, fire alarm integration and building management systems.

ELV is where mission-critical projects most often unravel — installed late, by a separate vendor, against drawings nobody reconciled. Carrying it in the same contract as the mechanical and electrical scope avoids that.

Frequently asked questions

What redundancy levels do you build to?

We build to the redundancy the brief specifies - commonly N+1 on cooling and UPS for enterprise rooms, with higher configurations where uptime commitments require. The concurrent maintainability target should be agreed at design stage because it drives space, budget and programme.

Can you work in a live hospital or operating data centre?

Yes. Work in live environments is planned around clinical or operational constraints with method statements, permits, containment, agreed shutdown windows and rollback plans for each phase.

Do you provide the BMS as well?

Yes. Building management and monitoring is delivered within the same contract as the mechanical, electrical and ELV scope, so points lists, integration and graphics sit with one party.

How do you evidence commissioning?

Through a documented test and commissioning pack - equipment test certificates, air and water balancing reports, load bank and failover results, integrated systems test records and as-built drawings, handed over with O&M manuals and training.
