Engineered for performance
Mindtech Solutions is a multi-disciplinary engineering organisation operating in India since 2015, delivering integrated design and build across the corporate, retail, logistics, industrial and infrastructure sectors.
Through specialised business divisions and strategic partnerships, our work spans air conditioning, building products, control and life safety, elevators and escalators, facility management, MEP, scaffolding, solar, information technology, power solutions, and security and access-control systems.
One team carries the brief from survey and design through procurement, fabrication, installation, testing and handover. Critical interfaces across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV and interior finishes stay under one management structure — which is what makes single-point responsibility something you can hold us to, rather than a line on a proposal.

Workshop
Precision joinery, made in our own workshop
Commercial interiors demand repeatable dimensions, clean edges, consistent finishes and controlled tolerances. Our joinery workshop runs the machines that make that possible — so a counter drawn once can be produced to the same tolerance for the hundredth store as for the first.
CNC router
Computer-controlled cutting, profiling, grooves, cut-outs and lettering — repeatable components for complex joinery.
Panel saw
High-accuracy panel cutting for plywood, MDF and board materials, with repeatable dimensions and efficient sheet use.
Edge bander
Industrial edge processing for clean, durable panel edges with consistent bonding and a professional finish.
Multi-boring machine
Fast, repeatable drilling patterns for cabinet construction, shelves, hinges and modular furniture components.
Wide-belt sander
Controlled surface calibration of wood-based panels before veneer, laminate, paint or other finishes.
Hot press
Controlled pressing for laminates, veneers and bonded assemblies that need uniform pressure and reliable adhesion.
Spray / finishing booth
A controlled finishing environment for PU, lacquer and specified coatings, so the appearance stays consistent.
Dust extraction
Centralised extraction keeps production cleaner, housekeeping safer and sawdust away from finishing.
Equipment selection is project-specific — matched to material, production volume, design complexity, required tolerances and finish specification. In-house fabrication is used where it shortens the programme or protects a finish that a third-party joiner would lose.

A Bengaluru head office, projects across India
Head office, workshop and stores are in Bengaluru. From there we run retail and QSR roll-outs, corporate fit-outs, plant and mission-critical work across states — recent project environments span Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and West Bengal.
