This notice explains what information the Mindtech Solutions website uses, why we use it, and how you can control optional analytics.
Important: please do not include passwords, payment details, government identifiers, medical data or other highly sensitive information in the enquiry form.
1. Who is responsible
Mindtech Solutions operates this website. For privacy questions or requests, email sales@mindtechsolutions.co.in or write to 2nd floor, 201, Sri Tribhuvan Arcade, Avalahalli Main Road, Virgonagar Post, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560049, India.
2. Enquiries and lead delivery
When you send the contact form, we receive the name, email address and project message you provide. The form is delivered through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, to our sales mailbox. We use this information to respond, assess your requirements, prepare proposals and maintain appropriate business records.
If you contact us by telephone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn or Google Maps, the relevant service provider also processes the information you send under its own terms and privacy notice.
3. Analytics and session insights
Optional analytics are managed through Google Tag Manager. If you accept analytics, the site may load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. We use them to understand page use, traffic sources, performance and non-sensitive actions such as phone, WhatsApp and email link clicks.
- Form contents, names, email addresses and telephone numbers are not intentionally sent to analytics.
- The contact form is explicitly masked for Clarity recordings.
- Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation remain disabled.
- You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time using the “Privacy choices” button.
4. Cookies and local storage
The site stores your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage so it can be respected on later pages. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics and Clarity may use identifiers or cookies needed for measurement. If you reject or withdraw consent, analytics storage remains denied and Clarity is instructed to clear its cookies.
5. Retention
Google Analytics event-level data is configured for 14 months. Microsoft states that Clarity playback data is retained for 30 days, while certain aggregated click, heatmap, labelled or favourited session data can be retained for up to 9 months. Business enquiries may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a project, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
6. Sharing and international processing
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the website, deliver enquiries, communicate with you, secure the service and measure use when you consent. These providers may process data in countries other than your own and apply their own security and transfer safeguards.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or withdraw an enquiry, subject to applicable obligations and reasonable identity verification. Email sales@mindtechsolutions.co.in. You can change browser-level analytics consent at any time using the fixed “Privacy choices” control.
8. Security and updates
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. We may update this notice when our website, providers or legal requirements change; the effective date above will be revised.
