Yes. Our technical team conducts a detailed site survey to evaluate dimensions, infrastructure conditions, technical feasibility, and actual quantity requirements before execution begins.

Project rates for materials and services are agreed upon with the client based on a standard Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Since every site has unique requirements, a site survey is conducted before procurement and execution to derive the expected cost of the project.

Each site differs in layout, size, infrastructure, and operational requirements. Therefore, final material quantities and scope are derived from actual site measurements.

Materials are ordered based on actual site measurements and approved BOQ requirements to ensure optimized cost and reduced wastage. The project procurement is based on the approved OEM/Vendors as explicitly stated by the customer.

One of our core strengths is the ability to manage up to 25 projects simultaneously across multiple locations with efficient project lifecycle management.

Small projects generally take 10–15 days, medium projects take around 25–35 days, and large projects may take from one month up to three months depending on complexity and scope.

Yes. Certain specialized or location-specific activities are outsourced to our trusted and regular subcontractors while maintaining strict quality and execution standards.

Yes. Any additional work, amendments, or scope changes requested by the client during project execution are incorporated after obtaining formal approval from the client.

Additional works and amendments are measured and accounted for during the final project measurement and billing stage.
